BNI Life Service Support for the #StayHome appeal: Claims via Digital Soar

Since the President declared pandemic status on March 15 2020 and the implementation of PSBB in several areas, BNI Life has always remained committed to providing the best service to customers by providing various conveniences and alternative channels ranging from direct visits to service offices to online and/or digital facilities.

Neny added, apart from that, to facilitate customers who want to continue claiming from home, BNI Life Mobile Apps has a Digi Claim feature, so that customers remain safe and comfortable in carrying out the claim process.

The 25-minute Claim Service for reimbursement claims applies the terms and condition with complete documents being received by BNI Life.

Since its launch in November 2019, the application, which can be downloaded via Playstore, can be accessed via GSM telecommunications networks such as Telkomsel, Indosat and XL. This BNI Life Mobile Apps functions as a virtual card containing personal data information on BNI Life insurance membership of core participants and family members registered in the membership data. Apart from that, customers can also get information about the active period of the policy, the benefits they get, such as inpatient care, outpatient care, dental care benefits, special care, medical check-ups, glasses, childbirth, family planning, prostheses, bereavement compensation, compensation BPJS inpatient care and other insurance replacement compensation services, in accordance with the customer's policy benefits and conditions.

Through the BNI Life Mobile Apps, customers can also see a list of the closest hospitals (3KM radius) and also a list of BNI Life hospital partners which are equipped with addresses, telephone numbers that are directly connected from the application and a table of treatment costs to inpatient room costs.

Apart from digital services, our Service Offices spread across Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar and Palembang continue to operate as usual serving customer claims and other information required by customers by implementing protocols that have been determined by the government.
