Analysis of the 25-minute claim submission that you have submitted.

Submission Successful
Provide a claim service submission form so we can process it.

Submission Not Successful
If your application cannot be processed, you will be directed to proceed to the Regular Claim process.

Giving Receipt
After we receive the application form, you will receive a 25-minute receipt for the claim submission form.

Processing
Claim submissions will be processed on the AK 27 system until payment using BNI Direct.
7
Claim Paid
We will send an SMS notification as information that the claim has been paid.
