1. Policies considered in this program are those paid and approved/issued between October 12, 2024, to December 31, 2024 (as per BNI Life's cut-off date), and have passed the cooling-off period of the program.

2. The prize is in the form of cash for customers and is credited to each winner's account.

3. Prize tax (PPh 21) is the responsibility of the winners.

4. Customers who agree to participate in this program must fill out a Statement of Participation related to the program.

5. SPAJ and the Statement of Participation must be submitted as a single document.
