PT BNI Life Insurance (BNI Life) has recorded a significant increase in sales in 2023. The sales of BNI Life Digi Micro Protection products through the BNI Mobile Banking platform increased by 1,106%, and the average monthly premium income also increased by 877 compared to last year.
The sales of BNI Life's digital insurance are conducted through two main platforms, namely BNI Mobile Banking and the Plan BLife Microsite. Both digital platforms have become distribution channels for BNI Life's flagship products, namely BNI Life Digi Micro Protection and Micro Insurance BNI Life Pandai+.
The sales of Digital Insurance through the Plan BLife platform also experienced positive growth this year, with the average number of new policies each month growing by 281% compared to 2022, and premium income increasing by 190%.
Business Director of BNI Life, Neny Asriany, revealed that selling products through digital platforms is BNI Life's commitment to continue innovating and focusing on providing relevant and easily accessible insurance products for the public. This is also done to meet the financial protection needs of the modern society.

Neny explained that digital insurance products are one of BNI Life's focuses in efforts to develop distribution channels and increase insurance inclusion to make it easier for people to understand and experience the benefits of insurance products with a broader reach.
