The life insurance company within the state-owned conglomerate, PT BNI Life Insurance, has announced plans to expand its business by partnering with its parent company, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (BBNI) this year.
Neny Asriany, the Director of Business at BNI Life, stated that the expansion plan is aimed at marketing the company's products. "This year, we will expand our collaboration with our parent company, Bank BNI, by adding various insurance products to be sold through the BNI Mobile Banking platform," said Neny to Bisnis, some time ago.
Furthermore, BNI Life is also preparing for digital collaborations with a private bank and a telecommunications platform to market its products. Neny stated that BNI Life is committed to providing clear and comprehensive information in marketing its products. This approach is also implemented for insurance sales on digital platforms, ensuring clear product information and terms and conditions.
Moreover, Neny added that BNI Life is taking user-friendly steps to make it easier for customers to find information about products and purchase insurance.
To increase premium revenue, BNI Life offers digital products in the form of microinsurance, which has affordable premiums and simple benefits. "We hope that customers will have an experience with insurance ownership, which will later allow us to offer other attractive products from BNI Life with more comprehensive benefits according to customer needs," she emphasized.
