One of BNI Life's digital services is BNI Life Digital Policy Owner Services (bPos), which is a digital policy administration service solution from end to end and can be accessed through the website www.bni-life.co.id.
BNI Life Finance Director Eben Eser Nainggolan stated that various benefits and conveniences can be experienced by customers with the presence of bPos, including accessibility anywhere, anytime, automated processes for faster submissions, eliminating the need for physical document delivery.
Through bPos, customers can submit integrated online transactions with the core system, including data changes, partial fund withdrawals, policy recovery, premium holidays, policy loans, and premium top-ups. Customers can also track the status of their submitted transactions and access policy information.
Since the end of last year until March 2023, there has been a shift from regular policy administration services to bPos services. The number of customers using bPos has been steadily increasing since the launch of this service.
"Out of the total monthly policy service transactions, 40% of transactions have used bPos services, and this continues to increase every month. We will continue to promote policy administration services through bPos to accommodate the current needs of customers who require quick and easy transactions," explained Eben in his written statement on Tuesday (June 13, 2023).
