Since 1996 BNI Life has consistently provided optimal insurance protection in the community. At the age of 25, BNI Life held a series of virtual birthday celebrations with the theme "Silve25ary" on Monday (29/11). Also attending this event were the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners and Sharia Supervisory Board of BNI Life as well as all Directors of BNI and Directors of other BNI subsidiaries.


BNI Life President Director Shadiq Akasya explained that at the age of 25, BNI Life would like to thank all loyal customers who always entrust their insurance protection to us.


"From the beginning of this year until October, BNI Life completed its commitments to customers through payment of death claims and benefit claims of 1.25 trillion rupiah. We always pay the sum assured in the midst of a pandemic in accordance with applicable regulations in order to maintain customer trust," said Shadiq.


In terms of performance, BNI Life managed to record premium income of 3.7 trillion rupiah and asset growth of around 14% to 22.3 billion rupiah and recorded a health insurance or risk based capital level of 706% in October. This proves that BNI Life has a sound financial condition in the midst of correcting macroeconomic conditions,” continued Shadiq.


Changes made in terms of organization, business processes, product mix, investment and digitization have been made to develop the company and provide better services.


As part of a series of anniversary events, BNI Life carried out various other activities such as: #SentuhanBNILIfe CSR program as a form of corporate social responsibility collaborating with Srikandi BNI in distributing medical equipment assistance to 25 government and private hospitals in the Jabodetabek & Bandung area, development assistance Al-Hannifyyah Dua Islamic boarding school in the Cikarang area, West Java, in addition, BNI Life also held a thanksgiving by providing compensation to 150 orphans and blood donors.


“After 25 years of being here to provide optimal insurance protection, BNI Life understands that customer satisfaction must be a priority. Therefore, we always carry out continuous innovation in all fields in order to provide insurance convenience in the community," concluded Shadiq.
