This time, BNI Life provides Optima Group Health (OGH) health insurance with inpatient, outpatient and bereavement benefits if the insured dies due to an accident or illness for thousands of RedDoorz property partner employees, which has increased from 300 employees in the previous year. This indicates that RedDoorz's partners continue to grow day by day, especially the great interest from consumers for online homestay services. This increase is something positive for us because RedDoorz still entrusts BNI Life as a partner in providing health insurance for RedDoorz partners throughout Indonesia. It is hoped that with this collaboration in the future BNI Life will be able to provide the best service for RedDoorz and all its partner employees spread across Indonesia, said Eben Eser Nainggolan, Finance Director of BNI Life.
This health insurance protection is also a form of RedDoorz's concern in improving the health standard of property partner employees. All permanent employees from every property who have worked with RedDoorz for six months can register without any limit on the number of employees. In relation to this collaboration, BNI Life assists RedDoorz in managing and providing health benefits to employees of property partners, said Adil.
