Terms &Conditions of Customer Cash Reward Program

Customers are entitled to get Cash Funds of IDR 12.5 million to IDR 19 million for every purchase of the following products:

• BLife Smart Solutions
• BLife Health Fund Solutions
• BLife Pension Fund Protection Solution
• BLife Steady Protection +
• BLife Infinite Protection

3. Premium Products at once:

• BLife Hy End Pro
• Blife MProtection
• BLife MProtection Plus
• Ultima Protection

4. With a certain minimum premium nominal for each product according to the provisions of BNI Life. Provisions related to the minimum premium can be obtained through a Bancassurance Specialist at BNI Branch. 
5. The policy that counts in this program is the policy issued during the contest period
6. Customers who agree to join this program are required to fill out a Statement Letter regarding program participation
7. Taxes borne by the winner
8. Program period until December 31, 2022 (End of program period following BNI Life cut off date)
