This fast is carried out for two days and consumes low-calorie healthy foods for five days after fasting. The number of calories that can be consumed is around 600 calories in men and 500 calories in women, this method can control insulin production in blood sugar.


4. Alternate Fasting

In this type of fasting, you are only advised to consume a maximum of 500 calories a day and of course, this fast is done every day.


5. Fasting 24 Hours a Week

Often also known as eat-to-eat fasting, this is done for one to two full days within one week, however, it should be noted that this method is quite extreme so those of you who want to try it should consult with a doctor.
