OCD is a diet that uses the concept of intermittent fasting, or combines fasting methods and implementing certain eating hours. When fasting, people with OCD cannot eat any food and can only drink water.

Then, when it is meal time, they can eat any food until they are full. However, the number of portions of food that can be eaten should not be too large and it is forbidden to be too greedy because this will only reduce the effectiveness of this diet. The main key to OCD is discipline and having a sense of consistency within yourself every day.


How to Do an OCD Diet

People who previously implemented the OCD diet admitted that they managed to lose 5 to 10 kilograms of weight. In fact, this can be done without having to use additional supplements or diet drugs. The following are several safe ways to follow an OCD diet that you can follow:
