A healthy and regular lifestyle needs to be applied to prevent stomach acid from rising.

Here are some other ways you can do to prevent it :

1. Consuming Enough Fiber

By consuming fruits and vegetables that are high in fiber, you can prevent stomach acid from rising, one of the recommended fruits is bananas. As for vegetables, it is recommended to eat broccoli, asparagus, and other green vegetables.


2. Avoid Reflux Trigger Foods

Foods that contain reflux / trigger an increase in stomach acid include coffee, chocolate, soda, alcohol, chili peppers, and other high-fat-containing foods because they can weaken the esophageal sphincter and make stomach acid rise from the stomach into the esophagus.


3. Eat Slowly

In addition, you can prevent stomach acid by managing your meal portions to around 5 to 6 small meals a day and most importantly sleeping within 8 hours a day helps your body become healthier and more vibrant.
