    Overthinking can cause you to have trouble sleeping and also reduce your appetite or even eat too much. Some of these lifestyle disorders will interfere with the quality of activity and productivity at work.

    Not only does overthinking affect you, it also affects your relationship with people. When you overthink, it will be easier for you to feel worried and suspicious it will trigger misunderstandings and make the relationship sluggish.

    As you begin to think about things that have already or have not happened that are not in line with your wishes, you will become afraid to take action in every activity, like fear when your idea is rejected or even fear when it turns out that your colleague is holding you behind.
