4. Obeying the Bathing Rules

Baduy society really maintain the harmony of life with nature, apart from not littering, they also maintain the cleanliness of the water, such as by not using soap, shampoo and toothpaste, because they think that it can contaminate the clarity of the water.


5. Removing Plants is Prohibited

Not only small plants, cutting down trees and other plants is strictly prohibited along the way, both when coming and going out and it is prohibited to enter protected forests.


6. Taking Photos is Prohibited

Capturing the current moment is an important thing when traveling, however, when traveling to the Baduy tribe you are not allowed to do this, this is done to respect the traditions they believe in.


7. Ask for permission
