Referring to PT BNI Life Insurance internal goods & services regulations. Currently PT BNI Life Insurance has a new e-Procurement System/Application and is implemented for every Procurement of Goods & Services at BNI Life. For this reason, before a vendor becomes a supplier of goods & services, they must meet the following partner requirements.

In connection with the implementation of the new BNI Life e-Procurement, we would like to convey the following :

  1. Partner Companies can register new Partners through the website https://eproc.bni-life.co.id (web-based), with the initial steps:
  • Log in > vendor registration;
    After that, complete the company's general data;
    After completing the general data, the system will send a username and password to log in;
    After logging in, complete the required documents according to the stages in the e-Procurement;
    Complete the data entry stage until it says "Finish Edit".
    After the document is inputted into the system, there will be a "Site Visit" and "Interview" stage regarding your company, the schedule is sent via email which is inputted and carried out virtually (zoom meeting);

  • Documents that need to be completed are:
    a. Company Profile;

    b. Deed of Establishment of the company along with the Approval Sheet from the Ministry;
    c. The deed of adjustment to the Company's Articles of Association conforms to Law no. 40 of 2007 (UUPT) along with the Approval Sheet from the Ministry; (must be attached for companies established under 2007);
    d. The latest Deed of Appointment of the Board of Directors along with the Approval Sheet from the Ministry;
    e. Identity of the Directors (can be in the form of KTP for Indonesian Citizen Directors or Passport/Kitas for Foreign Directors);
    f. Business Identification Number (NIB) / Trading Business Permit (SIUP) / Construction Services Business Permit (SIUJK) / Tourism Business Registration Certificate (TDUP) / Other business permits (all attached if any in accordance with the Company's line of business);
    g. Company Registration Certificate (TDP)
    h. Company Domicile Certificate (SKDP);
    i. Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP);
    j. Certificate of Registration (SKT Taxation) (if any);
    k. Taxable Entrepreneur Confirmation Letter (SPPKP) (if there is/if there is not, attach a statement from the competent authority that your company is a Non-PKP Company);
    l. Financial Statements for the last 3 (three) years (audited reports are preferred);
    m. Account Statement of the Last 3 (three) Months;
    n. Letter of reference or letter of Cooperation Agreement (PKS) of at least 3 (three) copies. (if not available, it can be in the form of SPK/PO but must attach a minimum of 3 (three) from different cooperation partners).
  • Note: Specifically for companies that have been established for less than 3 (three) years, they must attach 5 (five) copies of the Cooperation Agreement/SPK/PO with the scope according to the license;
  1. Partner companies that have registered in the BNI Life e-Procurement system will receive a Partner certificate with a period of 2 (two) years from the date the documents are declared complete.
