1 Day Service Process

In order to enjoy this service, there are several submission requirements, including:
  1. Submissions must be submitted by the Policy Holder himself.
  2. Maximum payment nominal: Rp. 100,000,000 (One Hundred Million Rupiah).
  3. Bring complete application documents in the form of :
    • Fill out the One Day Service form at Walk In Customer Care or BNI Life service offices in Surabaya, Bandung, Denpasar, Palembang and Semarang.
    • Attach a copy of valid identity (KTP, SIM or Passport).
    • Attach a copy of the savings book in the name of the policyholder, if it is different, you must fill out a power of attorney with the following conditions: The name of the owner of the savings book exists/is listed in the policy book as both the insured and the beneficiary.
    • For now payments are in Rupiah and the beneficiary's account is Bank BNI.
  4. Submit Original Policy for services: COP (Cooling Off Period), Policy Redemption, End of Insurance (Maturity) and Policy Loans.
