Qualifications:

• For High School graduates, aged 20-35 years old
• Must have 2 years of experience in marketing the financial services industry
• For Bachelor's degree (S1)/Diploma degree (D3) in any major, aged 22-35 years old (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Attractive and neat appearance
• Possess good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Interest in the SALES field
• Not actively registered with AAJI (Indonesian Life Insurance Association)

Job Description:

• Create sales plans for Life Insurance within BANK BJB branch outlets
• Conduct Life Insurance sales activities within BANK BJB branch outlets
• Build good relationships with internal (Bank BJB) and external parties (Customers)
