Qualifications:

• Age: 23 - 45 years old.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in any major.
• 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in Insurance Sales).
• Attractive and neat appearance.
• Good presentation and program socialization skills.
• Interested in sales.
• Not actively registered with AAJI at another insurance company.
   

Job Description:

• Planning insurance marketing activities to companies.
• Willing to work outside the office (fieldwork).
• Monitoring and reviewing targets.
• Maintaining good relationships with companies.
